A Home Theme controls the visual styling of a Home Layout (for example the background, fonts, tile sizing, margins, and other appearance settings). If you edit a theme, all layouts using that theme update automatically, so themes are a good way to keep multiple layouts consistent.
Themes are managed in System Settings:
Settings > System Settings > Home
(Themes are listed in the Home tab, where you can select or add themes.)
If a theme has no background image set, the Home layer background will be transparent. This can be useful when you want the Home UI to sit over other content for a more “overlay” style look.
