Igloo Core Engine Metadata that’s relevant for the Igloo Core Service.

Layers tab

`ics/contextualUi`	a URL. instances of `$ics` are replaced with the media server’s IP address and correct port to get to a core service url (e.g. `$ics/matterport/control` → `http://10.0.0.1:800/matterport/control`	Define layers tab contextual UI for a layer
